Job role

As a Marketing & Coms Manager at Webxpay, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive success. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that promote our services and generate leads. Graphic designing and branding will be a key component.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the fintech or ecommerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience in graphic designing and video creation for social media and other campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, SMS marketing, social media, and/or content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead the marketing team, customer support team and 3rd party service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all digital platforms.

  • Content Creation & social media Management Develop engaging content for our website, blogs, social media and paid advertising campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and manage all the platforms. Manage our Social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, You tube.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and monitor performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Paid advertising: Run campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube for brand building and lead generation. Monitor the ROL.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Meta, SEMrush, or similar tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve future marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing and customer support team to develop digital tools and strategies that support sales objectives.
