Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field from an accredited university/professional institution
- Minimum 02-04 years' relevant work experience in an Apparel manufacturing environment
Responsibilities & Skills
- Should possess thorough knowledge of quality assurance (QA) processes, systems, control techniques, quality specification charts and mock-ups
- Should be able to monitor & maintain quality control systems, processes & indicators, whilst liaising with the relevant teams, to meet the required customer quality standards/specifications in a timely and effective manner
- Should be able to carry out routine sewing line audits and be able to guide the In-line Auditors to carry out their assigned tasks effectively
- Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment in a proactive manner, maintaining a positive attitude
- Should be a team player possess strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
