We're looking for a Senior Technical Sales Executive to join our client company and drive sales in the Jaela area. This role is perfect for someone who is both technically knowledgeable and has a Sales acceleration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field from a UGC-recognized university in Sri Lanka.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction chemicals sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and Sri Lankan construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to drive company growth.

Candidates must be able to exercise good judgement in all business transactions, be capable of formulating specific sales and action plans to ensure growth and profitability of the business and be willing to travel island wide.
