FACTORY ENGINEER (FMCG)
Our client is one of the leading exporters of organic & value added coconut products located in the coconut triangle.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- A minimum of 04 years of Managerial experience in Manufacturing, with at least 2 years specifically in UHT Coconut Milk and Coconut Water production, is essential
- Practical experience within the Coconut Industry, particularly with Boilers, Dryers, Oil expellers, and Filters Familiarity with food quality control and safety principles and practices is mandatory, (ISO 22000 and HACCP Food Safety and Quality Control Procedures)
