Production Executive
Location: Dambulla
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- More than 03 years of working Experience with knowledge in production and manufacturing processes and techniques in the food industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
