We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding cybersecurity consulting company. Currently, we are seeking a highly organized, task management expert to help us keep everything running smoothly!

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage directors' calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee billing processes and follow up on collections.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Track and follow up on company OKRS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in office management and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
