CUSTOMER CARE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement customer care strategies and processes
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer care related to financial service industry
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and regulatory requirement
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience with implementing CRM software and proficiency in data analysis tools will be an added advantage
