CUSTOMER CARE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement customer care strategies and processes
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer care related to financial service industry
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and regulatory requirement
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Experience with implementing CRM software and proficiency in data analysis tools will be an added advantage
