RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to GIS tools, software and applications.
Supporting programming related to GIS application developments and automation of tools.
Communicating and working closely with the GIS Project based stakeholders/customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in similar field. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
Proactive customer care and technical supporting skills.
Programming skills (Python, web development languages) IT Skills including networking, server OS (Windows/Linux)
Experience in GIS technology and ArcGIS Software.
Technical demonstration and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
