Heavy Machinery Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks. Be responsible for inspecting machinery to identify any mechanical, electrical or other issues.
- Take initiative to identify issue using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise while carrying out repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance tasks, repairs and parts usage with accurate documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a heavy machinery technician, with expertise in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery equipment.
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
