About the Company:
- Crystal Martin Ceylon (Private) Limited is a subsidiary company of the Hong Kong Based Crystal International Group Limited.
- We have 6 apparel manufacturing facilities island-wide and provide employment to 5000 employees.
Position: EXECUTIVE-RECRUITMENT (KANTALE FACTORY)
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated, and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
Role & Responsibility:
- Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
- Conduct primary interviews and check eligibility for the position.
- Prepare and submit all relevant recruitment correspondence as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
- Act as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate holder of any Human Resources & Development related academic program.
- Minimum 4 years' experience with recruiting, sourcing candidates, and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve set goals, and meet deadlines.
- Presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to speak in both Tamil/Sinhala will be an added advantage.
