ASSISTANT MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT
(MALE)
- Qualification & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of proven experience in internal audit, preferably in organic farming or sustainable agriculture.
- Strong understanding of organic certification standards and requirements, passion for sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and community development, and willingness to travel extensively and work in rural areas.
- Responsible for working closely with coconut farmers.
- ICS knowledge is an added advantage.
- Males aged below 40 years, prepared to work long hours, travel within Kurunegala, Puttalam, and Gampaha districts, display a sense of commitment to the job & able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English with positive attitudes.
- Motivational and interpersonal skills & ability to establish good working relationships with growers, staff, and management.
- Computer literacy especially in Ms. Office.
- A good team player with flexibility & adaptability to work in a different environment. Licensed to ride a motorcycle.
