SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Profile:

  • Drive growth and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic plans.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships through collaborative engagement and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports alongside accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay attuned to market dynamics and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with key clientele to sustain business partnerships.
  • Explore untapped markets to uncover potential sales avenues.
  • Manage sales volume, product assortment, and pricing strategies in response to market trends and competitive pressures.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess evolving requirements and evaluate satisfaction levels.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales initiatives and strategies to target specific demographics effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • Holding a Diploma in Marketing Management or a full or partial qualification from SLIM or CIM.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets as a Sales Executive.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills exhibited across organizational hierarchies.
  • Proficiency in navigating the entire sales cycle from planning to successful closure.
  • Strong business acumen and extensive industry knowledge to drive informed decision-making and strategic execution.
