SHISHA MAN INFINITY POOL BAR
We have an exciting opportunity for a Shisha Man to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Restaurant, your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and setting up shisha pipes
- Ensuring cleanliness
- Packing bowls with flavored tobacco
- Maintaining equipment
You will greet guests, assist with flavor selection, provide recommendations, and explain options. Key tasks include serving and lighting shisha, monitoring conditions, and replacing coals. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, educate customers on proper use, manage inventory, and address any issues promptly.
