JFL is provided with the exclusive right to develop and operate Domino's Pizza stores and the associated trademarks in the operation of stores in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

JOB PROFILE
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales analysis to track performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Utilize internal data analytics to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and streamline business processes. Collect and compile customer data from various sources, including transaction records, loyalty program data, and customer feedback.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with team members to support data-driven decision-making processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business performance.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis projects as required by the team, including market research, competitor analysis, and predictive modeling.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact. Expertise in data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and translate data into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges. Prior experience in the food service industry or related fields is a plus.
