Job Description:
- Lead the bancassurance sales distribution pillar whilst supervising the island-wide sales team.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, banking partners, and financial organizations.
- Develop and execute marketing and retention strategies to drive business portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
