IT ADMINISTRATOR
Join our dynamic team at Verbum Television. We are looking for a seasoned IT Administrator to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
Required Qualifications.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Possess 2 years of experience working in an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of system and network administration, including firewalls, VPN, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
- Practical experience with a wide range of technology.
- Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.
- Ready to adapt, learn and manage new technology from multiple industries.
Good team player
- Experience with procurement of IT assets, both hardware and software.
- Experience in the field of Mass media will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays, as required by the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT network, servers, equipment, and security systems.
- Ensure data backup and system security, including user access and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for IT-related needs.
- Implement new systems and projects to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document IT processes and assist in preparing reports.
