RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Job Profile
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships in Corporate, SME, and Retail Banking segments.
- Responsible for both assets and liability sales and achieving assigned targets.
- Identification of new credit business, analysis, and appraisal of credit proposals while adhering to the credit and compliance guidelines and policies of the bank.
- Ensure that credit applications for new and existing facilities including renewals are completed correctly.
- Generate Funded/Non Funded/Fx revenue and processing fees from new/existing limits as per targets.
- Analyze and appraise new credit facilities and existing facilities for an annual review.
Person Profile
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Banking.
- Prior experience in Wellawatta area will be a definite advantage.
- Graduate from a recognized university or part/full qualification in banking qualification.
- Professional qualification in sales and marketing from a recognized professional institute.
- Strong written, oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-selling skills.
- Team player and the ability to work independently.
