We have an exciting opportunity for a Hostess to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Restaurant, will deliver outstanding guest experiences with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests to the outlet, providing accurate wait times, and monitoring waiting lists. The role involves managing reservations, answering incoming calls with professional courtesy, and promptly addressing guest queries. This position demands the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Have prior experience in a Food & Beverage position within a luxury hotel environment?
