- Fully/partly qualified in a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management at CIPM or preferred institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software package.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Tamil speaking would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with proactive attitude.
- Able to join immediately.
