  • Fully/partly qualified in a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management at CIPM or preferred institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software package.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Tamil speaking would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with proactive attitude.
  • Able to join immediately.
