■ We are looking for a Self-motivated, Result Oriented Individuals with a strong desire for a career in HR. The ideal Candidate would be a male/female between 30-45 years of age with following competencies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- *A/L Qualified / Diploma or any other qualification would be an added advantage
- *03 years of experience in Similar Capacity.
- *Attractive personality with excellent PR Skills
- *Excellent command in Sinhala / English and computer literacy
- *Should be a Team player with positive attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision
RESPONSIBILITIES
- *Methodical maintenance of employees' personnel files
- *Preparation of monthly EPF & ETF and filling returns
- *Handle Quick Book System
- *Recruitment
- *Salary Preparation
- *General Administration
- *Ensuring Smooth Operations by coordinating with Operations team
- *Overall Supervision & attending to all staff related matters
- *Candidates preferably living in Ja ela area considered
