WHARF EXECUTIVE - EXPORTS
The Eswaran Brothers Group has been trading in tea since 1963. Now with customers in over 50 countries, the company is focused on providing a total tea solution worldwide.
We are an innovative and growing company with operations planned to expand around the world. We are looking for a young dynamic person to join our team as a WHARF EXECUTIVE - EXPORTS with proven relevant or similar experience in the following key areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Should be able to frame all export CUSDEC, CDN Boat note documents and make on line payment for Customs & SLPA.
- Update the system with accurate data and make other departments enable to generate required reports.
- Arrange payments for freight & transporters liaising with the accounts department.
- Arrange cargo inspection with respective inspection agencies.
- Should be able to handle all related to Exports shipments
- Should be able to handle all TIEP & GRN cancellation with tea board works.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualifications in Logistic and shipping with 3 passes in A/L.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar capacity in a reputed company.
- Having CHA pass would be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
A self-motivated person, with good communication skills and a proven track record for meeting deadlines with a positive attitude, eager to learn and adapt to new environments.
