Quality Control Review & Audit Training Manager
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our top 10 international accounting firm, to inspire our staff to learn and become their best and assist in achieving our quality control objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the quality review Partner in the process of developing a manual/guideline for the firm and individual audits as per the requirement of ISQM 1, 2, and SLAUS/IAS 220 (revise), check the compliance with ISQM 1, 2, and SLAUS 220
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific firm needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Evaluate & assess organizational performance to ensure that training meets the firm's needs.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified / Passed Finalist at CASL/ ACCA
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance- related
- Sound knowledge of Accounting (IFRS/SLFRS) and Auditing Standards (IAS & SLAUS)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS 0365 and related business communication tools.
