FIELD QUALITY ASSISTANT
JOB PROFILE
- The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall quality management of the field in estates located in the Southern Region.
- Monitor the maintenance of the field, application of fertilizer as per schedules, implementation of water management practices, plant nursery management, and conducting harvesting activities.
- Ensure that the quality of the field and harvest are within the expected level of standards.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in field quality assurance
- Professional qualifications related to plantation management are preferred
- Proper understanding of the quality control procedures of the field
- Familiarity with palm oil cultivation and harvesting
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry-related regulations
- Excellent communication skills
