Executive - Support Service

Responsibilities:

  • [MALE]
  • You will assist the support service activities of the company under the direct supervision of a Team Leader to assure the relevant Support Services/Operational Functions are smoothly happening.
  • You will also assist the Heads of the other Operational Departments to ensure the relevant Support Service activities are functioning efficiently and maintaining high service standards to meet the organizational objectives.
  • You will be managing the vehicle fleet, overlooking the security services and other maintenance activities of the organization as well.

Profile:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Sinhala / English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in non-standard hours.
  • Ability to ride a Motor Cycle with a valid riding license.
