We are a leading Masterbatches and Compound manufacturing company for the Export & Local market, situated in Ekala. We are looking for a professional and qualified candidate who can contribute towards assuring high Quality standards at all times.
Requirement
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of Labour laws & Regulations.
- Diploma in HR Management from a recognized institute.
- Good written & communications skills in Sinhala & English language.
- Good Computer Knowledge.
Age below 40 years male candidates.
Close proximity to Ja-ela / Ekala or surrounding area.
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and always working with can-do attitude.
Should be a person with high interpersonal and self-motivation who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
