INTERNSHIP
COMPANY SECRETARIAL DEPARTMENT Location - Head Office
The ideal candidates should be having the following profile;
- The Job Role
- Assisting the Company Secretary for handling secretarial matters of the Company.
- Maintaining Statutory Registers.
- Covering meetings of Shareholders, Board, Sub-Committees, etc.
- Through this internship program, candidate will gain comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of company secretariat work.
- Experience/Qualifications / Skills
- Full/Part Professional qualification in ICCS (Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in MS office package.
- Knowledge in corporate laws, regulations and corporate governance.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with the people at all levels.
- Attention to detail with a well organized approach and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge on Company Secretarial Practices and Corporate Governance will be an added advantage.
