We are an established Destination Management Company providing innovative travel solutions to its high end clients. There is an exciting opportunities exist with the objective of exploiting opportunities in a growing travel industry.
Operation Executive (01 Position)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in inbound travel and tourism industry (Indian Market)
- Leadership skills with a pleasant personality and strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
- Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage Excellent customer service skills
- Age preferably below 40 years
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage customized tour routes, itineraries, cost estimate for FIT and Group Tours that can meet client's needs
- Implement quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain good relationship with suppliers and negotiate the rates
- Team player, positive attitude, and ability to work independently Maintain good relationship with travel agents around the world
