The Job Description:
- Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company, a state-owned enterprise, is entrusted with the management and optimization of the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower. Committed to maximizing the tower's potential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Operator to join our dynamic team.
CCTV Operator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for protecting the security and safety of the identified building and personnel on Colombo Lotus Tower.
- Ensuring the assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and meet relevant legislation.
- Liaising with the security agencies and members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system.
- Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Centre in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and best practice.
- Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and dealing efficiently with all enquiries.
Candidate's Profile:
- Basic advance training from Tri Forces or other organization in relevant field (Qualifications in electronic /ICT Field will be an advantage).
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in relevant field.
- Excellent understanding of access control and CCTV System.
- Ability to think and act quickly in emergency incidents or under pressure.
- Ability to carry out day to day working in an organized manner with utmost attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Age below 45 years.
