FRC is a leading local non-profit organization engaged in providing holistic rehabilitation services, with priority given to increasing psychosocial health of the survivors and the immediate family members of Sri Lankans who have experienced trauma.
Assistant Psychologist
- Provide technical support while supervising, monitoring, and managing regional counselling staff
- Design training programs and provide training for regional counselling staff
- Maintain a strong working relationship & communication with regional counselling staff
- Assist Senior Psychologist of FRC in research and writing donor reports
- A fair knowledge on Gender Based Violence and Domestic Violence are desirable
- Competency in English and Tamil is a must
- Willing to travel to FRC regional offices in the North
Profile of Candidate
- A bachelor's degree in psychology or counseling
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar position with counseling experience
- Written and oral proficiency in Tamil and English
- Ability work with both governmental and non-governmental organizations
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability work with MS Office and other relevant online platforms
