RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
- Ensure security protocols by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
