RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
  • Ensure security protocols by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
