RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand issues faced by ERP users, business process owners and help them to resolve issues in coordination with level 2 support consultants in overseas.
- Act as the first point of contact for business users in related to SAP
- Identifying, analyzing, and recording issues reported, and following up with relevant external level 2, SAP support team until issues are fixed
- Lead the cross-functional master data management team and ensure the organization's master data is maintained in a consistent, accurate manner and with the expected quality levels
- Preparing training materials and provide end-user training on respective SAP module(s) for new employees Lead continuous improvement activities to improve ERP driven operations to
REQUIREMENTS
- Should have a bachelor's degree in IT/IS/MIS/ Business Analysis
- Possess over 3 years of experience in ERP end-user support (SAP S/4 HANA is preferred)
- Having higher diploma/diploma in mechanical engineering/MEP or experience in engineering maintenance will be an added advantage
- Experience and broad exposure to different ERP's or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). will be an added advantage (only for PM)
- Should be a good leader, initiator, communicator and listener with strong analytical skills
- Good command of both English and Sinhala language (written and verbal) is essential
- Candidates with experience in non-SAP ERP products or meeting only few requirements of the above will be considered for a Junior Executive/Associate role.
