Manager - Warehouse and Raw Material
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Business Commerce (B. Com)/ Economics/Supply Chain Management/Logistics and Economics, or a related field or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Should possess strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
- Should be a leader with effective communication skills, interpersonal skills along with good team management skills
- Should possess excellent organizational, multitasking skills along with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
Responsibilities & Skills
- Ensure that all received materials are logged and GRNs are created within 48 hours
- Coordinate with the production floor to issue materials promptly and accurately
- Classify materials into running, deactivated, and liability categories
- Maintain precise inventory records and perform regular audits
- Manage and monitor stock levels and reorder materials as necessary
- Implement processes to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Recruit, select, orient, and train warehouse employees and address employee concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Drive OTD and ensure alignment with production schedules and implement and drive company values, KPIs, and 5S methodology
- Participate in and encourage involvement in company-organized social activities to enhance team bonding and morale
