HR Executive
Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Management and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.
Series
We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the post of HR Executive.
Role
- Attending to all HR functions of the Company (Recruitment, Leave, Training, Performance Evaluations, etc.)
- Maintaining personnel files and updating online systems while maintaining ISO 9001 standards.
- Handling grievances, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Coordinating with Government institutes as and when necessary.
- Developing HR policies in order to improve performance management.
Profile
Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputed University. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field.
Ability to learn fast and engage in self-improvement.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
