MANAGER - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the overall operations of our DP Education IT Campus. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, managing the monthly training calendar for the IT campus brand, and driving increased student enrollment across our 140+ IT Campuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DP Education IT Campus, including facilities management, staff coordination, and student support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the overall student experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
  • Oversee the management of monthly training calendar for the IT campus brand, including curriculum planning, scheduling, and instructor coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing best practices to drive excellence in training delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of enrollment strategies to increase student numbers across our 140+ IT Campuses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new students.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance enrollment efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 9-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in enrollment management and student recruitment preferred.
