MANAGER - BUSINESS REPORTING

FULL-TIME

DESIGNATION: Manager - Business Reporting

LOCATION: Sri Lanka

WORK DAYS: Monday to Friday

SHIFT (SLST): 8:00am to 10:00pm (9-hour shift window)

OTHER DETAILS: US calendar applicable

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Report Development:
    • Oversee the creation, validation, and distribution of comprehensive business reports.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support business operations.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to assess business performance.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
    • Assist in the development of business strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Ensure team members have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure all reporting activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in business reporting and RCM supporting the strategic decision-making process.

Qualifications/Criteria:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry in an Assistant Manager or equivalent capacity.
  • Progressive career history with business reporting responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
