Requirements:

Detail Knowledge of Visa Regulations, procedures and documentation required for all countries
Proficient in filling Online Visa applications forms and application portals for different countries
Reviewing and verifying visa application documents to ensure completeness and correctness. This may involve coordinating with clients to obtain necessary paperwork and information
Must be Aware of Submitting visa applications to the appropriate embassies, consulates, or visa processing centres, adhering to their specific procedures and requirements
The ability to manage multiple visas simultaneously and meet deadlines
Able to handle all Compliance and Regulations, and updated any changes in visa regulations, immigration laws, and embassy/consulate procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the visa application process, such as delays, rejections, or requests for additional documentation, and finding solutions to resolve them effectively
