- We are seeking an ideal candidate who is a team player with strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing company data across various business areas.
- Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operational improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Develop reporting dashboards using analytical software/Power BI/MS Excel etc.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research & special project findings.
- Lead the research team and coordinate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive analysis for effective decision-making.
- Assist the Operation director in making informed decisions by providing analysis findings that ensure strategic alignment and minimize risks.
- Identify trends and build prediction models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Physical Science/Computer Science or Relevant Professional qualification.
- 01 Year experience in research & Data analyst would be an advantage.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Power BI, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge in Analytical Software would be an advantage.
