Job Description

The Role:

  • Support the Senior Manager - Talent Management in succession planning by identifying key positions and developing & executing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle and ensure timely progress tracking.
  • Plan and execute factory visits.
  • Participate in the implementation of the company's organizational structure and manage the drawing process.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support employees effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
