Job Description
The Role:
- Support the Senior Manager - Talent Management in succession planning by identifying key positions and developing & executing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle and ensure timely progress tracking.
- Plan and execute factory visits.
- Participate in the implementation of the company's organizational structure and manage the drawing process.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support employees effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
