JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE INTERNAL AUDIT (FEMALE)
We are looking for a highly energetic and self-motivated team player who is willing to start a career in the field of Internal Audit.
Job Role
- Perform risk based internal audits/ risk assessments as per the annual audit plan.
- Identify audit issues, assess the risks they pose, and suggest plans to mitigate those risks.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate Inventory verifications.
- Review and recommend operational policies and procedures.
- Review internal audit reports prepared by junior staff.
- Conduct analysis based on information from the ERP system and report findings to management.
The applicant should possess
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized university, or partial qualifications in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA, or full qualification in AAT.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and report writing skills.
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar field; previous internal audit experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a good command of English, Sinhala and Tamil language will be an added advantage.
