Job Title:
Production Supervisor
Job Role:
As a Production Supervisor, the job holder will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage, develop, and motivate the staff, ensuring our products are of the highest quality and produced in line with our Quality Management System (QMS) and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field, OR Advanced Level qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the coconut kernel product industry
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a production environment, preferably in the food industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and QMS implementation
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment
- Ideal candidates should be from the Kurunegala/Gampaha/Puttalam region or willing to relocate
