HR PAYROLL ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles.
  • Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with HR department guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
  • Generate payroll reports such as payroll summaries.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good command of Excel and PC literacy.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Qualification in Human Resources.
