FRONT OFFICE

SUPPLY BOAT CAPTAIN

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate supply boats within Maldivian waters
• Ensure timely transport of cargo, provisions, and supplies between islands/resorts
• Plan safe routes based on weather, tides, and sea conditions
• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure cargo safety
• Conduct routine vessel checks and ensure proper maintenance
• Follow maritime safety rules, emergency procedures, and SOPs
• Maintain accurate logs of voyages, fuel, and cargo movements
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and port authorities
• Ensure full compliance with safety and maritime regulations

Requirements

• Valid Maldivian Captain's License or endorsement
• 3+ years' experience operating supply boats
• Strong knowledge of Maldivian waters, routes & weather
• Experience in cargo handling and vessel operations
• Knowledge of maritime safety & emergency procedures
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused
