EVENT COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2-3 years’ experience in events, hospitality, resorts, hotels, or guest activities.
- Advanced knowledge of event planning, coordination, setup, entertainment, and guest activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Well-organized, creative, energetic, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Coordinate and support resort events from planning and setup to completion.
- Coordinate with departments, entertainers, suppliers, and guests to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist with event setup, décor, equipment, entertainment, and logistics as required.
- Engage with guests and ensure a friendly, enjoyable, and memorable event experience.
- Maintain event schedules, checklists, and basic records and support post-event follow-up.
