Key Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or similar roles in hospitality industry
• Excellent spoken and written in English
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and personalized service
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• A positive "can do" attitude
