Landscaping Manager

Key Competencies
n
n- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
n- Bachelor's degree or Diploma related to Landscaping/Horticulture.
n- Possess strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care, inventory management and the ability to perform all related tasks.
n- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse landscaping team.
n- Upskill and train Islanders and team members, fostering career growth.
n- Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
n- Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
n- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
n- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks.
n- Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven.
n- Experience working in the Maldives or other remote locations is highly desirable.
