Requirements
- Minimum 02 years' experience in a similar role within a five-star resort environment
- Excellent English communications skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure, keep calm and positive in dealing with difficult situations
- Able to work with multi-nationals
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality
- Positive with a can-do attitude and a team player
