We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Team Leader to manage the efficient operation and maintenance of works within the Resort. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the engineering department and the continued success of the Resort's infrastructure.

n- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a resort or island environment
n- Strong leadership and technical expertise in civil engineering
n- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
n- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
n- Ability to adapt to the unique challenges of a resort island setting

Key Responsibilities:
n
n- Oversee the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of the resort.
n- Manage and motivate the engineering team, ensuring effective execution of tasks and projects.
n- Ensure compliance with all local safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in engineering operations
n- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to resort guests during maintenance activities
n- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring improvement or urgent repairs
n- Ensure all equipment and tools used by the engineering team are well-maintained and safely operated
