Job Title
Assistant F&B Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Director in overseeing day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and proactively handle guest feedback.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the F&B service team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, presentation, and compliance with established standards.
- Assist with manpower planning, duty rosters, training, and team development.
- Support with cost control, inventory management, revenue initiatives, and overall departmental performance.
- Work closely with Culinary and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Actively contribute ideas to enhance F&B concepts, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
