Position

Floor Manager

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily villa and floor operations ensuring luxury cleanliness and presentation standards, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa and floor operations to ensure luxury cleanliness and presentation standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest villas and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments
• Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification
• Monitor guest requests, special preferences, and VIP villa requirements
• Ensure amenities, minibar arrangements, linen, and guest supplies are properly maintained
• Coach and guide the team to maintain consistent service and quality standards
• Support productivity, manpower planning, and daily operational coordination
