SEED PADDY PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Seed Paddy Production Executive to ensure efficient production operations, timely output, and effective factory management.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
n- Prepare production plans based on raw material availability and customer orders.
n- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
n- Identify production issues and implement solutions to minimize delays and costs.
n- Lead and develop production teams while ensuring effective labor management.
n- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and factory standards.

n
What you will bring:
n
n- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
n- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
n- Exposure to manufacturing and production operations.
n- Knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and SAP would be an advantage.
n- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
